Kali Therapeutics is
conducting a first-in-human early phase trial in participants with Rheumatoid
Arthritis.
Objective: The study is investigating the
safety and effectiveness of KT502 by a single subcutaneous administration in
participants with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).
Duration: Approximately 24 participants
in total with RA will be enrolled. All participants will receive a single dose
of KT502 on Day 1 and followed up until Week 12. If necessary, based on
participant immune cell lab results, additional follow-up for up to 48 weeks
may be required.
Participant Profile: Adults aged 18-75 years old
who have been diagnosed with RA for at least 6 months, who currently have
moderate to severe RA and have had an inadequate response to available
treatments (as defined in the protocol). Stable use of traditional DMARDs is
permitted.
