Project Title: A qualitative exploration of the barriers and facilitators to an axial spondyloarthritis diagnosis from the perspective of Australian health care professionals and patients
You are invited to participate in a research study being conducted by Rhys Peeters, PhD Candidate, School of Health Sciences, Western Sydney University under the Supervision of Dr. Daniel Thomson, Physiotherapy Lecturer, School of Health Sciences, Western Sydney University.
The research is a study exploring the experiences of people with axial spondyloarthritis and health professionals, regarding the diagnostic journey of axial spondyloarthritis, and any perceived barriers and facilitators that may impact on this. We are seeking to specifically address any unique barriers of facilitators to diagnosis within Australia, identifying potential areas for future research.
