The ASSURO study is currently being done to learn more about an investigational drug when given to people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) or systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The study will help us learn how the investigational drug is processed in the body over time and provide important safety data.
To be considered for the study, participants must be 18 (or legal age of consent) to 65 years of age and either:
- Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and have not responded to (or could not tolerate) 2 or more current or previous treatments
OR - Diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and have not responded to (or could not tolerate) 3 or more current or previous treatments
Your medical history will be reviewed, and additional criteria must be met to enrol in the study. Study drugs, study visits, and study-related tests and examinations are provided at no cost to you. You will be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred due to your participation in the study such as travel.
